- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to look set, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.

You can customize these pancakes by adding blueberries, chocolate chips, or sliced bananas to the batter. They make a great make-ahead breakfast if stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
