1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Revindir LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of recipell.com and any related pages, features, or services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

Availability and jurisdiction

3) User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

4) Prohibited Activities

- You are responsible for what you submit
- Contributions may be publicly visible and treated according to our Privacy Policy
We may remove or restrict Contributions at our discretion.
6) Feedback and Submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials (“Submissions”), you agree that:
- Submissions are non-confidential
- We may use and share them for any lawful purpose without compensation to you
- You confirm you have the right to submit such materials
7) Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (“Third-Party Content”). We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Content, including its accuracy, policies, or practices.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, deny access to the Site for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable law.

12) Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13) Dispute Resolution
Informal negotiations
Before starting arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 180 days after written notice of the dispute.
Binding arbitration
If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), including applicable consumer procedures. Arbitration may be conducted in person, by phone, online, or through document submission.
Unless otherwise required, arbitration will take place in Ohio, United States.
No class actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought only on an individual basis. Class actions and representative actions are not permitted.
Exceptions
Disputes related to intellectual property, theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use, or requests for injunctive relief may be brought in court.
Time limit
Any dispute must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, unless prohibited by law.
14) Corrections
Information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without notice.
15) Disclaimer

16) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE (INCLUDING OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the one (1) month before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts may not apply to you.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
18) User Data
We may maintain data related to Site performance and usage. While we take reasonable steps to protect data, you are responsible for your own transmissions. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data to the extent permitted by law.
19) Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic notices satisfy legal requirements for written communication. You agree to the use of electronic signatures and records where applicable.

21) Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
